Happy Hippo!
Is there anything more joyous to make than a card celebrating a new baby?! I broke out my i {heart} papers supplies today to make a card to celebrate a new baby boy!
I've used the new So Happy set, combined with an older set, Hipster-potomus. You can see the new Avery Elle release and all in stock sets HERE. The papers are Simple Stories Hello Baby. I embellished with some die cut stars and a couple of enamel dots. The bow uses some this Celery Green chevron ribbon and white twine.

SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneaks - Hats Off To You!
Hello! We're onto the third day of sweet sneaks for the April release from SugarPea Designs. I had so much fun making my card earlier today - even in the midst of a massive pile of STUFF - I made the mistake of thinking I'd reorganize my craft room. You guessed it - all that stuff is still sitting there, and I've decided I need some new storage *grin*
This set features a male AND a female graduate - so cool! I've used little miss today, coloring with copics and paper piecing her outfit. I heat embossed the diploma image and sentiment on vellum.
Here's a peek inside the card...
This set is worth it for the accesory images alone - here I've heat embossed the cap on vellum again and added a teeny brad.

To Wonderful You
Hi friends! I've been a little quiet this week huh? I've been stamping less than usual - I'm putting that down to Jackson teething and good books - I'm tired and have been spending lots of time reading! Next week will be busy busy though with lots of new goodies to share!
I'm playing along with the new AEI♥U Challenge today, the theme is birthday.
I'm playing along with the new AEI♥U Challenge today, the theme is birthday.
This one uses lots of i {heart} papers goodies!
I've used three stamp sets by Avery Elle, Cupcakes, Handwritten Notes and Circle It (the small confetti image). The Pinked Die set is also from Avery Elle, I re-cut the layer to make it smaller.
The paper is my new fave, Fresh Cut by Basic Grey. The ink is Memento Luxe Espresso Truffle. I've also used some pretty gold sequins.
Here's a peek at the inside...
There are LOTS of new goodies in store at IHP - here's a link to the new category, I've just placed a big order so I'll have new things to share soon!

Wings of Love
Hi friends! I'm back this morning with another take on the fab Viva la Verve sketch for this week.
I'm still loving blue and yellow for Valentines, and I HAD to ink up the new-to-me Wings of Love as soon as it arrived. This is a must have, I can't believe I waited so long to snag it up!
I stamped the image on blending cardstock, paper piecing the heart and shading the wings with copics. All the sponging is Walnut Stain Distress Ink. I added some shimmer with a wink of stella pen, distressed all the edges and finished with some pearls.
I'm linking up to the Pink Elephant's love challenge this week!
Here's the inside...
This set co-ordinates with the Wavy Hearts dies. I've stamped one heart, and layered over a die cut. I just love that typewriter font! A couple of teeny pearls finish off this simple inside. This stamp set and the dies are currently on sale!
I hope you'll play along with us this month at Viva la Verve!
Stamps: Wings of Love (Verve Stamps) Paper: Times and Seasons 2 (Echo Park) Ink: Walnut Stain Distress Ink (Ranger) Navy (Hero Arts) Toffee Crush (Memento) Dies: A Cut Above Dies: Wavy Hearts (Verve Stamps) Stitched Rectangles (Lil' Inker Designs) Other: Copics - E40, E41, E43. Countdown to Confetti: Be a Barista!
Hello! I am SO excited to share a new sneak peek at some upcoming Reverse Confetti goodness today. I think this is my fave of all the projects I have to share for this release!
Today the crew are sharing a look at Be a Barista, from new illustrator Angelica Suarez. I LOVE this set. Coffee. Stamps. Two of my favourite things!
I literally squealed when I saw this set for the first time. It has latte art images to stamp inside the cup!!! Oh, so adorable! I made a little gift bag to match my card that holds some chocolate covered coffee beans. Coffee, stamps AND chocolate?! Heaven!
I'm still head over heels for these Persimmon papers by Basic Grey. They had *just* the right feel for my warm coffee ensemble. As well as Be a Barista, I stamped a So Stripey pattern on my card base (then proceeded to almost entirely cover it - ha!) and I've used some the previously released Arrows 'n Elements to add some fun embellishment.
I paper pieced the cup, adding a little shading with a grey copic marker.
Here's the inside of my card...
I love this sentiment! So fun to pair with the thanks a latte. These things make me happy! Here you can see the pattern I've repeated from the front of the card. I stamped the wide single stripe, followed by the graduated stripes.
These little hearts are also from Arrows 'n Elements and they worked so perfectly with this sentiment. What do you say, one more look at the bag and card together?
Leave a comment here and on ALL the blogs today for the best chance to win a $15 gift certificate to Reverse Confetti! You'll find a full list of designers on the Reverse Confetti blog.
Comments close at noon CST on November 7th and the winner will be announced at 5pm on November 7th!
Want another chance to win? Head on over to our Facebook page and look for the “COMMENT TO WIN” promo!
