February Diva Inspirations Hop - Floral Fantasy - Comment to Win!

Welcome to Verve's February Diva Inspirations Hop. It's the 5th of the month and that means it's hopping time! This month we've got a bloomin' good challenge for you along with our usual inspiration! Our February challenge is Floral Fantasy:


February is the month of love and flowers are a popular gift
so add some petal power to your cards this month!

I was so inspired by that gorgeous graphic and went colorful with my card today! The focal flower and background stamping uses florals from Surely Goodness. I've colored with copics and added some sheen with a wink of stella pen.

The gold chevrons were created with a stencil, stipple brush and delicata gold glitz ink - it's so pretty in real life!

The banners were cut from glitter cardstock using the Banner Bundle dies.

The sentiment is from a retired set, but you can find a similar one in the Small Phrases set. I've stamped it on the cute little Charming Banner die set.

SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneaks - Tin Can Chat

Welcome! It's the last day of sweet sneaks from SugarPea Designs, and you know what that means, the release is right around the corner! I hope to see you and chat up a storm at the release party on Facebook!

Today we're taking a peek at Tin Can Chat - I made something a little different today, a gatefold card.

Isn't she a sweetie? I coloured with copics, keeping it all very light and pastel. But wait....

She has a friend! Behind the green circle is a magnet to help keep the card closed.
