I've used the adorable Sniffles and Snuggles stamp set today!
I stamped the image on kraft cardstock, outlined a circular portion and colored with Prismacolor Pencils. I cut a reverse spotlight from vellum, stitching it onto the panel. I love this effect! The sentiment was curved before stamping.

Those tissues just get me everytime! My girls can use up some tissues in a hurry! This is sooooo adorable! Loved this image the first time I saw it and I LOVE your reversed spotlight technique.
