Congratulations Kate and John!

Hi peeps! Today the i {heart} papers design team and guests are hopping to say congratulations to Kate and her new husband John! We wish you a lifetime of happiness!

I know Kate and John love making every moment count in the outdoors, which inspired this card!

I combined two Reverse Confetti sets - Forever Fall and Count your Rainbows for this fall inspired, love themed card. The XOX border is Wplus9. The papers are Happy Camper by Echo Park.

I wanted some wood grain looking sequins so used white sequins and a brown copic marker - easy peasy! I've also used some natural Hemp Twine.

It's time for you to hop on now - here's the full list of designers with a card celebrating Kate and John!

Better Than Sprinkles

Hi friends! It's time for another fun challenge at There She Goes! This week the lovely Tangii has challenged us to decorate the inside of our cards. I had to play along, you know I love to do this!!

Get ready, I'm going to gush a little....one of the reasons I LOVE There She Goes so much is the sets have SO many images and sentiments, that creating a cohesive design inside and out is super easy. For this card I've used Freeze the Moment. I coloured with copics and added some glaze pen to the popsicle. The layout is Sweet Sunday Sketch #194!

Here's the inside of my card...

Thanks for stopping by - don't forget to play along for the chance to win some There She Goes moohlah (check out the new release, there is so much there to tempt you!)

On My Mind

It's time for another fun challenge at Crazy for Challenges!

This week the challenge is to use bows. I'm sharing a card using this week's Viva la Verve sketch.

You can find all the details about this challenge and how you can win $100 to spend on Verve goodies in the Viva la Verve forum.

Here's my card...

I've had Great Friend on my wishlist for so long, and finally ordered it this month. LOVE! That giant flower is just so gorgeous. I chose to use the outline images to paper piece from this fun gradient paper. The sentiment is from Heartfelt Phrases and I curved it a little before stamping.

I had so much dimension on the front of my card that I kept the inside to simple stamping to avoid any more bulk!

Now it's time to go see all the fab inspiration from the design team, happy hopping!

Today we have a new Halloween set from Torico, full of witches, black cats, bats, and fun! Perfect for all your Halloween needs.

Bewitched By You is a 4x8 set that includes a total of 17 stamps and will sell for $18.00.

Our second set today was created while allowing the Trendsetters to help with sentiments for Torico’s Bewitched By You set. You know we like to live on the edge, with our tongue in our cheeks here at There She Goes, and this is proof positive of that!!

Totally Witchin’ is a 3x4 set that includes a total of 7 stamps and will sell for $9.00.

How can this witch be spooky and cute at the same time?! Torico is a genius! Lots of stitching, sponging, and distressing on this one with some stickles and glaze pen added over the copic colouring.

The layout is Deconstructed Sketch #119.

Here's the inside of my card featuring a sentiment from Totally Witchin'...

Speedy Recovery

Hi peeps! This past week my Father in law underwent his second knee replacement in under a year - ouch! I wanted to make a card, and the On The Mend set from Lawn Fawn was perfect! I'm playing along with the fun Monocromatic Lawnscaping challenge. I went with shades of blueish green.

This week the Clean and Simple Challenge over at Splitcoaststampers is this fun sketch. I've paper pieced the ice packs with scraps from my stash. I'm also playing along with the ready made embellishments challenge at Moxie Fab using my fave embellie right now, enamel dots.

Here's a closer look at those adorable little guys...

I shopped at i {heart} papers for my supplies today! The stamps are On The Mend from Lawn Fawn. I've also used Copics for the colouring and my fave Memento Black ink. You'll find many more goodies in store, head on over, take a peek at what's new and say hi from me!

Birthday Girl

It's time for another fun challenge at Crazy for Challenges!

This week it's time for our monthly sketch challenge. Here's my card...

I used Verve's Birthday Bash stamp set. I went with a chalkboard look, combining a bunch of sentiments and the star images. The balloons are paper pieced. I used the Starry Die and the small stars fit really well in the embossed outlines - love that!

Now it's time to go see all the fab inspiration from the design team, happy hopping!

Hoo Loves Ya Baby?

We're capping off There She Goes Again with new cards featuring the three gorgeous sets in the spotlight this week - You're a Hoot, Pumpkins on the Vine and HSH Halloween Additions.

I love You're a Hoot and got all inky and distressed (in a good way!) for my card today. I'm playing along with the Branching Out theme for the SCS fan club this month.

The owl was stamped with brown memento and coloured with copics. I sponged the focal layer and stamped some of the little accessory images in a range of distress inks. I roughed up lots of edges and added some crazy stitching. The owls eyes are accented with a dab of glossy accents.

The layout is Seize the Sketch #4.

Here's the inside of my card...

I love the mix of solid and outline images in this set!

Make sure you stop by the TSG Blog to see all the amazing cards by the Trendsetters!
