Hi friends! I'm here sharing a card made for Fresh Squeezed Stamps, using the new Seize the Sketch layout!

I used some rustic feeling papers from the Basic Grey Fact paper pad, adding splatters of distress ink in barn door and paper piecing the house. I love that sentiment, it seems like it should be stitched on a sampler! I really love that rustic shaped heart as well.

SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneaks: Tweet Friend

Welcome to day two of peeks at the upcoming SugarPea Designs February release! Thank you so much for your sweet comments yesterday, they really are so appreciated! 

I know you're dying to see the stamps for today, so here's my card!

I KNOW! Isn't she the sweetest!? I love love love this large image. The sentiments are just as sweet as the image! I've stamped the sentiment on a vellum flag, and added some pierced detail around the copic coloured image. Wanna peek at the inside?

With all the detail, it looks just as good uncoloured!

Fresh Squeezed Stamps New Release - Close Your Ears Deer

Hello! I'm so excited to share a brand new Fresh Squeezed Stamps set with you today, this one is cheeky and oh so fun!

I've made a belated birthday card, pairing Close Your Ears Deer with On Trend 2013. The Wildflower papers by Carta Bella were a match made in heaven! I've added some see through neon sequins to finish the card off.

Love {Kraftin' Kimmies}!

Hello! I'm popping in to share a card I made for round two of the Krafty Guest Contest! I was so excited to make the top ten, guesting for Kraftin' Kimmie is on my stampy wishlist, some of my fave stampers design with these awesome stamps!

I'm also sharing the Catered Crop challenge - Heart of the Matter.  Use a heart or hearts on your creation - pretty easy this time of year, right?

Here's my card...

I'm waiting on some new goodies to arrive, in case they don't get here in time, I've inked up cutie-patootie Red Riding Hood from Once Upon a Time. The challenge was to use pink, so I've paper pieced her a star spangled pink cape, I love how it adds a little depth laying over the copic coloured image underneath.

I plan to pack a picnic basket closer to Valentine's day, and take my guys on a little picnic. I'll tuck this card inside!

SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneaks: One Big Hoppy Family

Yay! It's time to start sharing peeks at the upcoming SugarPea Designs February release! I flipped out when I saw this release, if you thought the first month was good, you are going to LOVE what's in store this month! I adore this little papa rabbit, he reminds me of my husband Shanan, who always has our Jackson hanging off him! I made this card into a masculine Valentine - no pink or red in sight! 

After colouring his fur with copics, I pounced on a scrap of towel soaked in blender fluid to give him some texture. I really love how he came out! 

The layout I've used is Deconstructed Sketch 136.

Bright Rainbow

Hi friends! I'm starting the week off with a clean and simple card using some goodies from i {heart} papers!

I was inspired by a couple of challenges today - Less is More asked for a rainbow theme, and CAS(E) this Sketch had this fun layout...

I shopped at i {heart} papers for my supplies today! The stamps are Paper Smooches We Totally Click, the brush strokes are also Paper Smooches - Positive Strokes. Hot Cocoa! SFYTT + Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

Hi friends! I have a two-for-one to share today using my two fave challenges! It's time for our monthly SFYTT sketch challenge at Reverse Confetti, and it's also time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge!

Really inspiring, right?! Here's my card...

Be a Barista was the perfect set to use for this inspiration! I coloured in some rich hot chocolate using copics. The sentiments are from I Like You and those awesome hearts are from the Love Note Die. Cut from cork, they kinda look like cookies ready to be dunked don't they?

I've also used the Double Edge Scallop Border. Edges were inked a little and a few sequins finish everything off. This is such a fun sketch!

Viva la Verve - Wishing You!

Hello friends! Apologies, I'm a little late with my Viva la Verve Sketch post today, our little guy has possible strep, so I've been busy doing the worried mama thing!

This week's sketch by Charmaine is a winner! Speaking of...make sure to keep on reading for some happy news for someone!

I wanted to use this sketch to make something pretty for my beautiful Nana's birthday next week.

Wishing You is the perfect elegant set for a birthday greeting! I've been playing with cork a bit lately, those hearts are cut with the Heart Quartet die.

Do you find it hard to use those little resin flowers? I never know where to put them! I like it on this card though.
