You give me butterflies...

Day three of teasers for MFT brings the new Triple Scoop set - You Make My Day! I love the sentiments in this set and used them to influence my design today.

 

I based the layout on one of Karen's past sketches. I've cut about an inch off the bottom of my card to change the dimensions slightly and rounded the corners.

The rounded squares are from the fab new Accent It - Labels and Tabs Die-namics, I've cut each one in patterned paper, then again in black card to create a shadow. The sentiment was cut with a Fishtail Flag STAX.

The butterflies were run through a Xyron and glittered with Smokey Quartz glitter from Martha Stewart.

Inside my card I've used a second sentiment, and carried on the concept from the front, anchoring the sentiment with a co-ordinating shape. This one is from Hearts a Plenty.
