SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneaks: Hug-a-bull!

Hi friends! It's the second day of sweet sneaks for SugarPea Designs and of course we're sharing an adorable...or ador-a-bull stamp set today!

EEK! What a cute two-some! I coloured with prismacolor pencils and odorless mineral spirits. The sentiment is stamped on vellum - my fave trick when trying to not cover up a colored image. 

The layout is the new Seize the Sketch for the fortnight. I hope you'll play along with us!

SugarPea Sweet Sneaks: Love You Bunches

Yippee, it's time to start sharing peeks at the new SugarPea Designs March release! As always, the stamps this month are CUTE! We're welcoming Lisa Lara as our guest designer this month as well, yay! 

Isn't she sweet? and that puppy, adorable! I've coloured with my new Prismacolor Pencils and OMS (Do you want a video on this? There are so many out there, but I could add my take if it's wanted!) I'm really enjoying coloring with these so far. 

The layout is Sweet Sunday Sketch 209, I loved that diagonal element.

Catered Crop: Safe Travels

Hi friends! I'm popping in tonight with a card for the current Catered Crop Recipe Swap: Safe Travels.

I went with something a little different today, watercolouring on a mini card. I've used lots of Avery Elle goodies!

Right away I thought of this cute little caravan - oh how I'd love one of these! Maybe when Jackson is older. 

I shopped at i {heart} papers for my supplies today. The stamps are Happy Camper, paired with Home Sweet Home and on the inside I've used Handwritten Notes. All the colouring was done with Distress Markers and a waterbrush.

I was so lucky to get to work with the wonderful club stamp set for January! This set is filled to the brim with sweet images and sentiment!

I've sponged a panel with shadow inks, popping up the adorable little cupcake I coloured with copics and stamping the sentiment. There's a cool geometric element in the inspiration panel that led me to use the triangle screen background. I've added some stitching, leaving the ends free and finished with a veneer heart, some twine and sequins.

March SFYTT - Foxy!

Hi friends! The start of the month means it's time for a new Sketch For You To Try with Reverse Confetti!

I had a very happy mail day on Friday...these beauties finally landed on my doorstep!

I've wanted Prismacolor Pencils for years, and Shanan was so sweet to buy them for me - woohoo! So I couldn't wait to use them, and just had to color up Freida for my card today.

Oh she's so sweet! I've used the Double Edge Scallop Border Confetti Cuts, and the Sweet Treat Tent as a layer, cut from vellum and topped with some patterned paper.

Sketch For You To Try Details:

• There will be a new sketch posted on the Reverse Confetti blog on the 1st of each month.
• The sketch link list will be open from the 1st until noon CST on the 14th. The sketch will be posted in the sidebar and you will be able to click on it to get to that month’s SFYTT post with the link list during this time.
• Reverse Confetti stamps are required to win.  This is a way we get to thank our customers for using our stamps.  Anyone is welcome to play, though!
