Crafty Friend

Hi peeps, I'm dropping in with my last post for Fresh Squeezed Stamps! I wanted to make a card that I could share with all of you to say thanks for your comments and crafty friendship!

Paper, Scissors, Ink just sums up everything we love about paper crafting! I've stamped on vellum with a pigment ink, and hidden my pop dots under the strip of light blue paper. Sequins and a die cut heart from Reverse Confetti's Love Note finish this simple design.

The layout is this week's Seize the Sketch!

Here's a peek inside...

Pop over and see what the sketchers have made this week!

February Reverse Confetti Color Challenge!

Hi friends! I'm stopping in with the new colour challenge from Reverse Confetti!

Here's the combo for Feb...

Lovely right? I've also used the current Cardabilities sketch. Here's my card...

I had fun mixing and matching Reverse Confetti stamp sets and Confetti Cuts! The feathers are from the gorgeous Peacock Pretties. The main and curved sentiment are from Count Your Rainbows and I've stamped on a Tag Me banner. I accented with small arrows from Paper Crane and the background dots were stamped in Versamark ink with the Whole Lotta Dots set.

I've used white gel pen around the Double Edge Scallop Border and stamped some random numbers on the veneer heart.

Someone will win $20 to spend at the Reverse Confetti store for playing along with the challenge using Reverse Confetti stamps! You can find all the deets and some gorgeous samples from the Confetti Crew on the Reverse Confetti Blog!

Curtain Call Cozy Quilt!

Hi friends! I hope you had a fabulous Valentine's Day! I'm SO excited to share today's card and the new challenge....

We have a fabulous new sponsor, Lil' Inker Designs with A.G., for the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Cozy Quilt challenge!  The LEAD of this challenge will receive a $30 gift certificate to Lil' Inker Design!

How perfect is this paper for the inspiration graphic?! It's Handmade by Lily Bee.

I LOVE the Lil' Inker products I got to use today! If you've been visiting lately, you've seen me used the stitched dies time and time again. I love them, and I'm so so impressed with the sturdy quality of the dies themselves! Seriously - if you have other brands of die stacks, try these instead. They are amazing!

On this card I've used the Stitched Mats: Rectangles, Stitched Mats: Circle and the On the Diagonal Die. The stamp set is the fab Love Things. I thought the balloons in the sentiment were so sweet, and I mimicked the look using the heart left over when cutting the Mom word die!

Here's the inside of my card...

World To Me

Hi friends! I'm stopping in with a card for a couple of different challenges today.

The Pink Elephant had a Valentine theme, and Case Study had this awesome inspiration...

I was inspired by the sentiment coupled with a fun accessory image, and knew right away I wanted to use Love Notes from Avery Elle, jam packed with these kind of matching pairs.

Vellum, glitter paper and sequins? This card lives right in my happy place!

I shopped at i {heart} papers for my supplies today! The stamps are Love Notes, Avery Elle, the paper is RSVP by Basic Grey, I've used the Memory Box Hey die, Avery Elle Pinked Dies, White Twine and Silver Sequins. I've also used Hero Arts shadow ink in Soft Pool and Field Greens. You'll find many more goodies in store, head on over, take a peek at what's new and say hi from me!

Hang in There

Hi friends! It's my turn over at the Fresh Squeezed Stamps blog today. As I'm coming to the end of my term with Fresh Squeezed Stamps, I wanted to revisit my first set, String Me Along!

I paper pieced the lanterns, using a foam mat and large ball stylus to shape them before adhering with foam dots. It gives them a lovely rounded appearance.

The paper is Hey Kid by Pink Paislee. The layout is the current Seize the Sketch - there's still time to play!

Thanks for stopping by!

Happy Couple Shaker Card

Hi friends! I'm going to keep it short and sweet tonight (I'm typing this before bed) Jackson has a big old molar coming through poor thing - and this mama is exhausted!

It's time for a new Viva la Verve sketch - and it's also color week!

I used the color combo on this wedding card...

I have to thank my friend and fellow diva Stacey for the gorgeous ribbon and heart confetti! I cut the heart window with the Heart Quartet die, and added the confetti to create a shaker element. The pom pom ribbon made a fun border around the focal layer! The sentiment is from Love Story, I must dive in and make a more is more card with this set soon, it's gorgeous!

Here's a peek inside...
