Project Tuesday: Altered Tin

It's time for another fun challenge from Project Tuesday! This week we're altering a tin or box. I had this round tin sitting in my craft room and I quickly turned it into a place to store cat treats for my ever-present feline companions. (if you ever receive a card from me with a little extra embellishment it's likely cat fur!)

I really kept this tin VERY simple - I wanted a bright, preppy look. I used Real Red ribbon and papers from the Summer Picnic pack. I embellished simply with circle punches and bright silver hardware.

I've used both sizes of grommets and a jumbo brad to finish off my tin. I love how well the large grommets work with the 1/2" circle punch.

To see another altered tin I've made previously, please see this post.

Head on over to Project Tuesday to see the wonderful design team creations and link your project!
