It's time for a new fab layout from Seize the Sketch! This is a fun one, I went a little collagey with my elements but I think you can still see the sketch. I was also inspired by the current Case Study challenge.
Here's my card...
That inspiration photo was begging for Peacock Pretties from Reverse Confetti! The banner was cut with the Tag Me Confetti Cuts.
I've also used I Like You - the dots are a straight border I curved on my stamping block. I heat embossed the feathers from Peacock Pretties in three colours of Zing embossing powder and fussy cut.
I've really been loving bokeh, so I chose a paper with a bokeh effect, and mimicked it a little with the small heart stamp and sequins.
Here's the inside of my card...
The large sentiment is from Lots to Say - I love these for a big impact inside the card.
I hope you'll play along with us at Seize the Sketch!
Stamps: Peacock Pretties, Lots to Say, I Like You (Reverse Confetti) Paper: Color Wash (Pink Paislee) Ink: Pistachio (Memento Luxe) Versamagic Dies: Confetti Cuts: Tag Me (Reverse Confetti) Other: Zing Embossing Powder - Cricket, Teal and Powder. Sequins. Rhinestones.
What an awesome card combining the two challenges! Love that quirky feather - the scattered dots and sequins!
ReplyDeleteHi Sarah, I adore your original take on the Case Study challenge. As always, the inside of your card is perfect too.
