Countdown to Confetti: Class Act, Carton Cuties + a Video!

Hello! Reverse Confetti sneak peeks are continuing today...and I have two cards and a video tutorial to share!

This first card is vying for the title of my favourite Reverse Confetti card I've ever made, so I'm really excited to get to show you!

I'm calling this one a "tab tuck card" and I've made it using those fabulous Office Edges Confetti Cuts releasing this month! This card features the Class Act stamp set and matching dies. Polka dotted apples? YES PLEASE!

Here's a video showing the basic construction of this card type.

Click here to view the full size video.

You'll also want to see how Jen uses the same idea on a gatefold card in her photo tutorial here. These dies might be small, but they are big on impact!

Here's a peek inside my card...

Owls fit the school theme for me, though I can't quite work out why! Is it Owl from Winnie the Pooh and his storytelling maybe?

My second card today features the new Carton Cuties set and matching dies. Cutie is so the right word for this set!

I sponged the edges on this card and used a pastel pencil and paper stump to add shading. I was pretty excited to see the font on this paper matches the font in the stamp set - fun! I've used the Love Note die for me vellum layer, and the Tag Me dies for the flag shapes.

Here's a look at the inside...
