Card Patterns Sketch #158

This week MFT is sponsoring the Card Patterns sketch. I hadn't had chance to ink up this TOO CUTE Funny Bunny set from the last release and it fit the sketch perfectly. I love purple but find it hard to work with usually - an easter card seemed like a good fit.

I've coloured my image with Blue-Violet Copics and shaded with some light Yellow Reds. I've used the High Tea Party Doily Die-namics, as well as the Button Quartet and Botanical Beauty Die-namics.

I colvered my button with Glossy Accents and waited till it was dry before cracking it for some added interest. The flower I cut two layers, and rolled the petals of the top layer between my fingers to break up the fibers and split the cardstock into a third layer.

Inside I've kept it simple with a sentiment and shadow stamped image.

Here are the Die-namics I've used today:
  Thanks for stopping by!

  3. Hey Sarah! I love popping in from time to time to see what you are up to. You are such a fantastic crafter. Love all the layers and colors and especially how you always do such a wonderful job on the inside of your cards as well. Congrats on expecting, too. What fun you'll be having crafting up that nursery, I'm sure:) We are just clearing land to build a new home so I've got lots to keep me busy for a while. Hugs~Michele
