Celebrate Your Day

Hello there! We had a lonnnnng Monday yesterday with a big storm blowing through. So thankful we didn't lose power and our roof stayed intact! Hubby woke me up with a coffee and my tablet so I could relax in bed this morning - that helped brighten my mood, as did finding out I was the lead at the latest Curtain Call challenge! woohoo!

I have a clean, crisp birthday card to share today using some old and new Verve goodies!

I've combined the new Poppy Birthday in traditional reds with the frame from Twitterpated and the matching Hearts and Swirls frame die. I partially embossed my layer and added some anchoring flags on the frame. The leaves were filled in with a distress marker. Glossy enamel dots finish it off.

I'm in love with the amazing fonts in this set - gorgeous! On the inside I've coloured the image simply with distress markers.
