SugarPea Designs Sweet Sneaks - Totes Ma Goats!

Hi friends! We're at the end of sweet sneaks for SugarPea Designs - all the new sets will be available after our release party tonight! We've saved an adorable and unique set for last - Totes Ma Goats!

Aren't they sweet?! I wanted to make a feminine card with these cuties. The sentiment is from the previously released Love You Bunches. I watercoloured with distress markers, the clouds are sponged through a stencil.

SugarPea Designs Challenge - Anything Goes

Hello friends! It's time for the very first ever SugarPea Designs challenge! This is a monthly challenge, and a chance to win some moohlah to spend on some sweet stamps of your own!

This month, anything goes! Just use a SugarPea Designs image, link your creation on the Sugar Pea blog here and you could win $5 to spend in the online shoppe!

I've used Bushel and a Peck for my card today. I used the pretty flower image this time and made it a Mother's Day card. I've watercoloured with distress markers and sponged my edges for a soft look. A vellum flourish, some sequins and stitching finish off the card.

The layout is Cardabilities #91. I used my envelope punch board to create the tabbed panel.

Hi lovelies! It's Crazy for Challenges time again, and this week I have a sketch for you to play with:

I've used one of the sweet sets from SugarPea Designs today - it's been so fantastic seeing the reaction to the first release!

I've stamped the fence from Tin Can Chat multiple times, masking and overlapping. I masked again and stamped the cutie pie behind the fence and watercoloured with distress markers.

I added the sentiment on a banner and finished with a die cut flower and button/twine combo.

I'm linking up to the Cute Card Thursday challenge - to warm up your card! These summery colours fit the bill.

I'm going to warn you right now. This post is going to contain a LOT of exclamation points. LOOK at that face!!! So cute. It's the third day of sweet sneaks for SugarPea Designs, and if I hadddd to choose a favourite set from this release, it might just be Go-pher It!

I've watercoloured with Distress Markers again today, adding some stickles glitter to the headlamp and diamonds. I am loving these fun alternatives for Valentine's Day, I think this cutie is a must have!!

Hello! Welcome back for day two of sweet sneaks for SugarPea Designs! Thank you SO much for all your lovely comments yesterday, they warmed our hearts - we're so glad you love the stamps as much as we do!

Today we're introducing you to an adorable little guy...prepare to fall in love!

Isn't this pizza chef cute?! I've coloured him with distress markers and went very clean and simple with the layout. I LOVE that sentiment label, I fussy cut and popped it up on foam dots.

We love you Torico!

Hello friends! I'm so pleased to be joining a wonderful group of stampers to tell Torico how much we love her designs and to help send off her lovely digital design shop, Birdie Brown, in style!

Torico will be closing Birdie Brown at the end of November, so it's time to grab your must have stamps now! The hop today started over at Lesley's blog. Start there for some amazing inspiration!

I have used the oh-so-adorable Birthday Bear stamp today. I LOVE how Torico illustrates animals, and her bears are my absolute favourite. I'm a sucker for a gorgeous large image and this one fits the bill!

I printed on watercolour paper and heat set with my heat gun so I could colour with distress markers. I wasn't sure if it would work, but no ink bleeding - yay! (I recommend testing your particular printer ink, I use a basic Canon ink jet printer and heat set for a couple of minutes)

I added some highlights to the balloons with a Picket Fence marker and covered them with stickles.

I coloured on my ribbon with a distress marker then sponged on some vintage photo ink before spritzing with water.

Christmas in the Air

Hi friends! Even though I'm feeling VERY unprepared, I'm definitely in the Christmas mood, stamp wise!

Today's Crazy for Challenges theme is using your FAVE stamp set. I have a confession. That was just too hard for me, I don't think I could pick an all time favourite! So I've used my current fave, the beautiful Christmas in the Air from Verve.

I've used this week's Viva la Verve sketch for my layout.

I inked the wreath in a pale blue, overinking with a little mint (which is almost all covered up!) and a Pine Needles distress marker. The snowflakes were cut with the Frosty Snowflakes die and glittered with stickles. I've also used the gorgeous Award Banner die, sewing it to my paper base.

I've cut the tree with the Winter Fun die set. Don't you love that beautiful sentiment?

Happy Fall Blog Hop!

Welcome! Today marks the start of There She Goes release week, and I have a card I love to share today! But first...big news...

Today we are peeking our first set from long time designer, and now ILLUSTRATOR, Danielle Lounds!! Happy Fall is full of fun images, and awesome sayings and fonts, perfect for all your Fall scrapbooking and card making needs.

Happy Fall is a 4x6 set that includes a total of 16 stamps and will sell for $15

I did have another card made to share today...but when I saw some of my fave challenges, I HAD to stop everything and make another (I'll share the first card next week!)

I was SO inspired by the Gorgeous Gourds Curtain Call Challenge. The Cardabilities Sketch #85 had just the right feel for my card and the JUGS211 colours were perfect to use with the new Persimmon papers from Basic Grey! I'm also playing along with the Basic Grey Challenge to use food or drink - yummy pumpkin!

I coloured the pumpkin with Distress Markers and added lots of stitching and sponging. Vintage Photo is my go-to sponging colour at the moment, love the warm tone! Here's a closeup look at the gorgeous stamp!
