Yippee - it's finally here, the July MFT release is available here now! I hope you've enjoyed all the amazing design team creations, I know I've had a blast seeing what my talented team mates have come up with! Thank you so much to everyone for all your encouragement and comments, I've so enjoyed my first release as a DT member and can't wait for next month already!
You should have made your way here from the lovely Inge. If you need to start at the beginning of the hop - please visit Kim's blog. Be sure to leave comments along the way for your chance to win a $15 MFT voucher to spend!
My card today features the adorable new Jolinne, as well as a few new Die-namics including the Large Rolled Rose (more on that after the card!) and the adorable Mini Ticket Strip Die-namic. I cut the mini tickets from vellum and hid the glue dots adhering it to the card with some large rhinestones.
I repeated the same sentiment treatment on the inside of the card and used one of the new Dizzy Doily Duo Die-namics to add a little interest behind the rectangular panel.
I've used all four available sizes of Rolled Rose Die-namics on my card today. If you're wondering how they compare to one another, I've taken a couple of shots to show the difference.
Here are the Die-namics themselves. The Mini Rolled Roses come as a set of two - love that!
And here they are cut in paper. The finished size will depend on how tightly you choose to roll your rose, I like to roll mine tight then let them "spring" apart. Hopefully this will give you an idea of the size differences between the dies! Personally, I think they're all must haves!
Here are the rest of the Die-namics I've used today:
It's time to hop on over and visit our July Guest Designer - Linda McClain! Happy shopping everyone!
