It's day three of teasers for MFT - otherwise known as Pure Innocence day! Every month we release five new PI sets, and every month they are just adorable! My card today uses the cute-as-a-button Sunflower Girl.
I thought her little dress looked quite formal, so I went for an elegant look. I've used the new Bracket Tab for my sentiment - and yup, that's a new rolled flower - it's called the Retro Rolled Flower!
I'm brand new to Copic colouring having bought my first markers a few months ago and so appreciate all the wonderful bloggers out there that show their colour combos. I always forget to write down my colours when I'm in the creative zone, so thought I'd make an effort every now and then and create a little resource for anyone who like me, likes to see what colours others are working with.
I don't claim to be anywhere near an expert when it comes to Copics or colouring but I hope this helps someone! I often get emails about Copics and what colours to buy so hopefully this will give you some ideas and it might be helpful to see what a fellow newbie is using. Please feel free to save this image to your computer (right click and choose save as). Over time I hope to have a collection of these Copic colour keys I can pop in a document for you to download.
Inside my card I've used more of those gorgeous Out of Print papers by Basic Grey and one of my fave Die-namic sets, Well Worn Greetings.
