Day Five Teasers: Who's That Mermaid & CS about Sympathy

It's the final day of teasers - tomorrow is the amazing new release from MFT! Today the team is bringing you teasers from this month's Triple Scoop set - Clearly Sentimental about Sympathy and the latest in the WTG line, Who's That Mermaid.

I stamped and cut out my mermaid, sitting her on the paper pieced background. Her bodice is coloured with liquid pearls and I used glitter for her tail. I used these fun social club papers from Cosmo Cricket to create a lush undersea environment. I thought a mermaid might use an oyster as a purse, so I cut one out and popped it under her hand. A dot of liquid pearls served as the treasure in her oyster purse!

The sentiments in this set are so adorable!

This month's Triple Scoop set is yours free when you spend $60 and this month it is a must-have. You hope to never need sympathy cards, but we all do, and it helps to have just the right words at your fingertips.

I created an elegant card, embossing the sentiment onto a label shape from the You Move Me set and layering it on a High Tea Party Doily. I've also used the Solid Bracket Border - and if you look closely, you'll see I also used the negative of the die-namic to border my patterened paper strip.

Inside my card I've combined two sentiments, placing them both on my clear mount before stamping.

Here are the Die-namics I've used today:
