Wednesday Stamp Club 31

Wednesday means it's time for another awesome sketch and another chance to play along and win up to $20 in MFT vouchers! We're up to sketch 31 and this week I used one of my favourite MFT sets, Own Your Story, to create a monochromatic card.

All pretty simple. I stamped the text background and flourish from the stamp set on a Four Point Frame layer and added my sentiment overtop in a circle. I've cut the Double Scallop Ribbon Border from cork (hint: it might look as if the teeny cut outs haven't cut through the cork - they have, just gently tease them out with your fingernail or something sharp, they pop out easily and cleanly) and added a double taffeta bow.

Inside my card I stamped directly on my patterned paper and used a little more cork with the Open Bracket Border die-namic. Be sure to check out Kim's blog for all the designers playing along this week - you won't want to miss their gorgeous creations!
