...are days to remember! Well, there hasn't been much sun around here lately as we're in the middle of winter, but things have been heating up in my craft room with some gorgeous new goodies to play with! I'm so excited to be a guest diva for Verve Stamps this month - especially because we're celebrating their 4th Anni-VERVE-sary!
As usual Julee has designed some gorgeous stamps and dies, today I have a card made with Sunny Days and the co-ordinating Leafy Sprigs die.
*squeal* See that? button centered flowers! SO adorable! Now, if you stop by often, you know I don't mind a little hand cutting, but oh my gosh, I just love that leafy stamp and the die that cuts it out so perfectly - even better, there are two different sizes!
I ruffled my wide ribbon using red liner tape and adhered a folded over length to tidy up the messy edge. I've stamped just a couple of the many flower options in this set, hand cutting one and punching the other out with a circle. The button centers were stamped seperately, punched out and popped up on foam dots.
Inside the card I've used another sweet sentiment and flower stamp, layering the leafy sprig over top of the flower for a different look.

This is really cool Sarah - I love how you decorated the card inside and out - love the ruffles and matching bow in that bold striped ribbon, the stamped button centers (COOL!) and the leafy sprigs (GOTTA have that die!) in that cool aqua color. GORGEOUS!
